On behalf of the staff and students of Lahore Grammar School, Johar 

Town, I would like to welcome you to our website. The object of this site 

is to provide a permanent link between school, students and parents. I 

hope you will find it useful.

Our goal is not just to provide quality education to our students, but 

also to cater for their physical, emotional, psychological, aesthetic 

and religious growth, to develop an all rounded personality.

The campus is very spacious, with open verandas and large classrooms. 

Other facilities include four Science Labs, two Computer Labs, an 

Audio-Visual Room, a large Art Room, a Library and an international size 

Swimming Pool that can be utilized all round the year.

The teachers are encouraged to adopt a student-centred approach in the 

classroom and promote activity based learning. High academic standards 

are maintained keeping in view the students interests, to give good 

grasp of the basic skills and to develop higher order thinking. We follow 

the curriculum framework published by the University of Cambridge (UK) 

for class 1 to 11, and assess our students with standardised material, 

at the end of each learning stage (QCA Tests developed by The 

Qualifications and Curriculum Authority of England). At the end of class 8, the 

students are assessed by the University of Cambridge in the Checkpoint 

Tests and receive individual reports from UK.

We have a very dynamic extracurricular programme, with regular sports 

training sessions, coaching classes and workshops.
